- Frist chicken marinateTake a pan put the chicken.
- Add salt.
- Add papaya paste.
- Add ginger and garlic paste.
- Mix very well.
- Then add curd.
- Add red chilli powder.
- All spice powder.
- Coriander powder and zeera powder.
- All garam masala.
- Also add fried onions.
- Also add coriander and mints leaves chopped.
- Add half cup oil.
- Add chopped chilli.
- Also add lemon juice.
- Add Bay leaf.
- Mix very well and leave 4 to 5 hours.
- Soak rice 3 to 4 hours.
- Boil water and add all spice.
- Add salt and mint and green chilli.
- Boil the rice 50 percent (or half done).
- Take the marinated chicken and again sprinkle chopped mint and coriandar leaves and remaining fried onion.
- Then add half done rice.
- Add remaining fried onions.
- Add nutmeg and mace powder.
- Also add one cup saffron milk.
- Add remaining oil.
- Then dam position on high flame for 15 minutes then low flame atleast 30 minutes.
