- Chawal boil krne ke liye ek alag pateela main khula pani lein us mein sirka namak oil khre masale add karein or boil hone ke liye rakh dein.
- Jab pani ublne lg jaay to bheege hoe chawal ublte pani mein daal dein or adhe kache pakke chawal hon too chawal chaan ln or chawlon ke pani ka ek cup save kar lein.
- Chawlon ko teh dene ke liye adha kormaa pateele se nikaal ke chawl ki teh lgayn adha nikala hva korma phir chawlon par daln or us par phir chawlon ki teh lgayn.
- Chawlon ki teh ke upar fresh dhaniya podeena brown pyaaz chawlon ka save kiya hva pani or zardaa rang daal ke 15 se 20 min tak low flame par dam lgaa dein.
- 15 20 min ke baad dum khol kar achi trhan mix karein and plate or tray mein dish out karein.
