Instructions to make Chicken Biryani:
- Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes..
- In a deep aluminum pot heat oil and add whole spices (cinnamon, clove, cardamom, black cardamom,long,green cardamom). Add onion and saute till it turns a brown colour..
- Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli,salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder. garam masala, coriander powder,.
- Curd Add the chicken pieces and mix well the masala..
- Add mint leaves. Close and cook for 10 minutes. now ready to chicken gravy..
- Now add soaked rice and water and Cook the rice until 3/4th done. Finally, add 4tbsp oil, mint leaves, and rose water and jayfal jawatri green cardamom powder..
- And coverd l the pot. Dum cook for 25 minutes on medium flame. After 25 minutes turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes..
- Chicken Biryani is ready. Serve hot with salad & raita..
