  3. Add 6 to 7 pieces of cloves and fry them both until golden brown in colour..
  4. Now add white cumin, black peppers, black cardamon, green cardamons, cloves, star anise, bay leave, cinnamon stick and fry for 1 minute..
  5. Now add chicken and ginger paste and fry until the chicken turns white..
  6. Now add red chilli powder, salt, tomatoes, biryani masala, quorma masala, dried plums and fry for 5 minutes by adding 1 table spoon of water when needed..
  7. Now add two cups of water and cover the wok and leave for 15 minutes to cook the chicken..
  8. Now fry the chicken until the water dries..
  9. Now add 5 cups of water and bring it to boil..
  10. Now add 3 cups of soaked rice and mix with light hand..
  11. Now Add 2 tablespoons of pickle when the water start to bubble and mix with light hand..
  12. Now add the food colour when water dries and leave on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes to cook..
